Mr Faisal Sonde is a management Graduate and has over 20 years of experience in the IT and ITES industry. He brings with him an impressive and well-rounded experience in Operations and Process management. He has successfully worked in different roles ranging from Manager Operations to Manager Quality in multinational companies.
He has close to 10 years’ experience in project planning, implementation, execution and improvement. Proven ability in a Healthcare project environment where establishing and maintaining client relationships, meeting Client SLAs, people management, and quality service were key deliverable. He has had a consistent track record of on-time and on-quality delivery. He has lead and mentored big teams. Faisal is a result-driven professional with strong client-centric skills and an agile approach to project management
He is a Certified Auditor for ISO 9001 and Certified implementer of ISO 27001. With the background in Quality he has developed expertise in understanding project requirements directly from the clients, setting up processes with effective monitoring and control, and profitable management of the projects. He is also an expert in Transition management of a project to the respective project team through formal project on boarding. Faisal has performed multiple project consultations to bring about improvements in the non performing projects. Faisal has successfully established implemented and maintained the ISO 9001 requirements in two companies and helped them achieve the certifications too. Faisal has also implemented and completed certification for ISO 27001 for his earlier organization. Additionally, Faisal has also Designed and Developed Training Programs for Healthcare projects and Quality Management.
